Do you accept mod helpers?
What if I have a problem with the game?
What if I just have a recommendation for the game?
What if I have a problem with another player?
We regularly depend on rotating volunteer mod helpers for things like activity check upkeep so if you are ever interested or willing to help calculating AC, please let us know!
Our mod helpers often come in and out depending on their personal availability and are only intended to help check AC or help to ensure our pages are up to date.
If you are interested in being part of the core mod team or want to help with other sections of the game you can always feel free to reach out to us and let us know in a comment below! We are not always looking for core help but we do like to have players to reference if we ever do need it especially since real life can change everyone's availability at the drop of a hat. If we don't contact you, don't take it personally! We probably filled out the roles we needed and if we wind up needing your help in the future, we know where to find you!
No mod helper or core mod should feel obligated to continue helping if they get too busy or lose interest. We appreciate your help while we have it and understand!
What if I have a problem with the game?
We welcome feedback about our game on a regular basis. While we try to ask for feedback on all mod posts made to our OOC community, we also encourage players to use this page if they ever have anything they want to bring up in the meantime. If you're already in-game, you can always use the Newsletters as a way of giving suggestions/feedbacks. We want to make this a wonderful experience for our player base so we are always willing to listen to where we can improve.
If you would like to leave any public feedback/suggestions, we urge you to use one of our monthly Newsletters or any mod posts relevant to any concerns. If you don't care about public feedback/suggestions, you can always just leave screened feedback/suggestions on this page.
What if I just have a recommendation for the game?
We love recommendations! We may not always be able to work them into our overall plans/setting of the game but we are always willing to hear a player out and see if we can. Similarly, if you feel like a certain mechanic of the game isn't working smoothly on the player end, let us know and we can possibly work towards improvements!
What if I have a problem with another player?
Please fill out the following form and leave it in a comment below. All comments are screened for the privacy of our players.
If problems arise with another player we do ask that you have proof of your problem so that we can properly assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
If you require mediation with another player, we are always happy to help provide that help as well.
